Stuck energy is the source of most of our problems, be they physical or emotional. The stuck energy is held in place by the thoughts we habitually think and  the thoughts themselves creates incredibile confusion for us. 

Sometimes our unconscious thoughts are so ingrained that it is impossible to see them for ourselves and that is where Dr. Kate comes in. A gifted intuitive, Dr. Kate can help you to uncover the thoughts that are holding you in unwanted patterns of confusion, self-sabotage, abusive relationships, financial problems or other destructive behaviors and help you eliminate these thoughts once and for all so that you can have clear thinking and peace in your life. Most of our thinking is on "automatic pilot", we have been thinking the same thoughts since early childhood. Thoughts like "no one likes me" or " I can never do anything right" were programmed into us as little kids and we now as adults habitually think these thoughts, without even knowing!

As long as these thoughts are active, although unconscious in our minds, we will continue to have the same illogical reactions to situations. Dr. Kate will help you to discover the person you are without these

destructive thoughts that are paralyzing you.

Dr. Kate is a traditionally trained chiropractor and RN as well as a Reiki Master and has studied metaphysics since the early 1980's. In the late 90s,she lived with the Native Americans of New Mexico and studied with a Lakota healer "White Buffalo Woman", attended numerous sweat lodges and participated in Sun Dance, a native american sacred ceremony in which very few white people are allowed to  participate or even attend. Dr. Kate was invited to provide healing work for the elders attending the ceremony.

Dr. Kate brings the uniqueness and richness of these and many other experiences  to her sessions with you and with her unique perspective, will help you to uncover the thoughts that are holding you captive in unwanted behaviors.
